Before founding Herbal Edge, Avery served as the operator of Nugget CBD, where he personally evaluated hundreds of products, overhauled the company’s catalog, and established partnerships with brands that met strict quality and transparency standards. That work reinforced his belief that education and accountability are the foundation of a credible CBD marketplace.

At Herbal Edge, Avery continues to apply an evidence-based, consumer-first approach, requiring detailed product information from every manufacturer and verifying it through independent blind audits. Select products are anonymously purchased and sent to certified laboratories for composition and label-accuracy testing, ensuring the data presented to consumers is reliable. His goal is simple:
